What biomarkers do you test?
We assess inflammation using an inflammation lab panel that includes hsCRP, ESR, ferritin, insulin and blood sugar markers, lipid markers, and advanced inflammatory and cardiometabolic markers like ApoB, Lp(a), IL-6, TNF-α, and the Omega-3 Index. All of these are included with your membership.

What does a protocol look like?
A comprehensive anti-inflammatory protocol combines anti-inflammatory nutrition, regular low-impact aerobic and resistance exercise, targeted supplements, and optimized sleep and stress management, with select prescriptions (such as low-dose GLP-1 therapy, metformin, or LDN) and peptides used when clinically appropriate. Progress is tracked with labs and adjusted over time to address inflammation at its root, not just symptoms.

Clinical research shows that systemic inflammation — commonly measured by high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hsCRP) — is responsive to targeted lifestyle and medical interventions over a period of roughly 8–12 weeks (≈90 days). Large lifestyle trials demonstrate that exercise, weight loss, and plant-forward dietary patterns lower hsCRP, with reductions increasing alongside adherence and metabolic improvement. Meta-analyses of randomized controlled trials show that regular aerobic exercise significantly reduces CRP levels independent of baseline weight (Kelley & Kelley, Journal of Applied Physiology, 2006; Fedewa et al., Sports Medicine, 2017). Similarly, anti-inflammatory dietary patterns such as the Mediterranean diet have been shown to reduce hsCRP within weeks to months (Esposito et al., JAMA, 2004; Schwingshackl & Hoffmann, Nutrients, 2014).
In addition to foundational lifestyle changes, pharmacologic interventions can further accelerate inflammation reduction. GLP-1 receptor agonists have been shown to lower hsCRP compared with placebo in randomized clinical trials, with effects emerging early and strengthening over time in people with overweight, insulin resistance, or type 2 diabetes (Sattar et al., Circulation, 2021; Nauck et al., Cardiovascular Diabetology, 2022). Statin trials also demonstrate that hsCRP can be reduced by 25–40% within 12 weeks, independent of cholesterol lowering (Ridker et al., New England Journal of Medicine, 2005).
Because these interventions act through complementary mechanisms — improving insulin sensitivity, reducing visceral fat, and dampening inflammatory signaling — a personalized, multi-modal program can reasonably produce meaningful reductions in hsCRP within a 90-day timeframe, particularly in individuals with elevated baseline inflammation.
