Solutions

Get medications, peptides and supplements delivered to your home.

Chronic inflammation often shows up as:

Brain fog or low mood that slows you down

Food sensitivies or trouble digesting

Poor sleep or that wired-but-exhausted feeling

Bloating and puffiness

Stubborn weight gain, especially around the midsection

Persistent aches or stiffness you’ve learned to live with

When chronic inflammation goes unmanaged, it can quietly drain your energy, disrupt hormones, and accelerate aging — increasing your risk for long-term issues like heart disease, diabetes, and cognitive decline.

The sooner you address it, the faster your body can repair, rebalance, and feel its best again.

Start today and see a 50% improvement in inflammation in 90 days.

FAQs

MEMBERSHIP

What does my membership include?
Your membership includes:
  • Comprehensive lab testing of key inflammatory biomarkers every 3 months.
  • 1:1 telehealth sessions with a Functional Health Nurse Practitioner as needed (NP will determine base on your case whether you need monthly or quarterly sessions)
  • A personalized protocol with recommendations across nutrition, exercise, and prescriptions based on your biomarkers and goals
  • Access to tailored , supplements, medications and peptides
How can I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership anytime through the member portal or just email us at hello@lyvhealth.co and we'll take care of it for you.
TESTING

What biomarkers do you test?
We assess inflammation using an inflammation lab panel that includes hsCRP, ESR, ferritin, insulin and blood sugar markers, lipid markers, and advanced inflammatory and cardiometabolic markers like ApoB, Lp(a), IL-6, TNF-α, and the Omega-3 Index. All of these are included with your membership.

What if I want to get other areas tested?
You can add more tests anytime at a discounted rate.
What if I already have lab tests?
You can skip the lab and we'll get started with a 1:1 clinician session to discuss your results! Then, retest again in 3 months to track progress.
Where is the testing done?
You can get your lab tests done at any of our nation-wide Quest partner labs. We'll help you book an appointment so it's a smooth process!
Do I have to pay extra for the labs?
The inflammation lab panel is included in your membership!
PRESCRIPTIONS
What prescriptions or medications do you offer to treat inflammation?
When appropriate, our clinicians may prescribe medications that support inflammation — including low-dose GLP-1 therapy, hormone therapy, metformin, low-dose naltrexone, or others — as part of a personalized, data-driven inflammation reduction plan.
PROTOCOL
What does a protocol look like?
A comprehensive anti-inflammatory protocol combines anti-inflammatory nutrition, regular low-impact aerobic and resistance exercise, targeted supplements, and optimized sleep and stress management, with select prescriptions (such as low-dose GLP-1 therapy, metformin, or LDN) and peptides used when clinically appropriate. Progress is tracked with labs and adjusted over time to address inflammation at its root, not just symptoms.

Based on Clinically-Backed Research

Clinical research shows that systemic inflammation — commonly measured by high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hsCRP) — is responsive to targeted lifestyle and medical interventions over a period of roughly 8–12 weeks (≈90 days). Large lifestyle trials demonstrate that exercise, weight loss, and plant-forward dietary patterns lower hsCRP, with reductions increasing alongside adherence and metabolic improvement. Meta-analyses of randomized controlled trials show that regular aerobic exercise significantly reduces CRP levels independent of baseline weight (Kelley & Kelley, Journal of Applied Physiology, 2006; Fedewa et al., Sports Medicine, 2017). Similarly, anti-inflammatory dietary patterns such as the Mediterranean diet have been shown to reduce hsCRP within weeks to months (Esposito et al., JAMA, 2004; Schwingshackl & Hoffmann, Nutrients, 2014).

In addition to foundational lifestyle changes, pharmacologic interventions can further accelerate inflammation reduction. GLP-1 receptor agonists have been shown to lower hsCRP compared with placebo in randomized clinical trials, with effects emerging early and strengthening over time in people with overweight, insulin resistance, or type 2 diabetes (Sattar et al., Circulation, 2021; Nauck et al., Cardiovascular Diabetology, 2022). Statin trials also demonstrate that hsCRP can be reduced by 25–40% within 12 weeks, independent of cholesterol lowering (Ridker et al., New England Journal of Medicine, 2005).

Because these interventions act through complementary mechanisms — improving insulin sensitivity, reducing visceral fat, and dampening inflammatory signaling — a personalized, multi-modal program can reasonably produce meaningful reductions in hsCRP within a 90-day timeframe, particularly in individuals with elevated baseline inflammation.

[1] Clinical studies show hsCRP, a gold-standard marker of systemic inflammation, can decline by 30–50% within 8–12 weeks when anti-inflammatory nutrition, exercise, and targeted medical support are combined — particularly in individuals with elevated baseline inflammation.Sources:Esposito et al., JAMA, 2004Schwingshackl & Hoffmann, Nutrients, 2014Kelley & Kelley, Journal of Applied Physiology, 2006Fedewa et al., Sports Medicine, 2017

[2] Elevated inflammatory markers such as hsCRP and IL-6 are associated with brain fog, slower cognitive processing, and increased risk of cognitive decline and Alzheimer’s disease. Lower inflammation is linked to better executive function and slower neurodegeneration.
