Who is the clinician that prescribes?
​
Access a wide network of independent physicians across all 50 states + DC. Each provider handles clinical review and prescribing when appropriate. You’re not employing the clinician; they’re part of the services made available through Lyv Health.

Which medications and commonly prescribed?
When suitable, licensed professionals within our network may recommend treatments such as Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, NAD+, Sermorelin, Glutathione, hormone therapy, and others. Prescriptions are filled by 503A compounding pharmacies.

How does the clinician interact with my clients?
The clinician's role is to review clinical information, order and interpret labs when appropriate, and prescribe medications or peptides if clinically indicated. They respect and build on your coaching work. Diet, lifestyle, and behavior change remain the foundation of the protocol, with clinical interventions used thoughtfully as support.

Do I get to talk to a clinician directly about my client care?
Yes. You can communicate directly with them inside the platform about shared clients. This is typically done asynchronously through chart notes or messages, and in some cases via scheduled consults. The goal is alignment—not duplication—so everyone is working from the same plan.

What do health coaches pay for?
As a coach, you pay only for access to the Lyv Health platform.

What’s my liability as a coach?
You remain responsible only for your work as a coach. You do not order labs, prescribe medications, or practice medicine. The clinician manages the medical decisions, orders, and prescriptions. The platform is designed to clearly separate scopes of practice, document collaboration, and reduce risk for everyone involved.
