Cancellation Policy
At Lyv Health, we value your time and the dedication of our clinicians. To ensure fairness and availability for all members, please review our cancellation policy below: - Cancellation: You may cancel or reschedule your telehealth session at no charge up to 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time. - No Shows: Missed sessions (no-shows) are considered used and cannot be rescheduled. A new session purchase will be required. To cancel or reschedule your meeting, go to your Member Portal and click on "Manage Bookings" Thank you for respecting your clinician's time and helping us optimize access for all members.
